RMA Policy

The information outlined below is designed to help provide prompt and efficient response to your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests. Please read this information carefully and contact us if you have any questions, as deviation from these policies and procedures could result in unnecessary delays, additional costs or voided warranty coverage.

All returns to Mainline Communications LLC must be accompanied by a valid RMA number which is made clearly visible on the shipping label on the outside of the container. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date issued. Items arriving with expired RMA numbers will be refused and returned to the shipper.

Contact Mainline Communications LLC technical support by phone (904-724-2600) or Contact Sales here to request an RMA number. You will need to provide the following information when making your request:

  •   Invoice number and date
  •   Our product number
  •   Product serial number
  •   Detailed reason for return

An RMA number will be issued by phone or email. Please follow these steps once it is received:

  •   Pack merchandise in complete original factory packaging.
  •   Include a copy of the original invoice or packing list showing item and serial numbers.
  •   If the item is a system, include a copy of the original Quality Control Checklist.
  •   Be sure to include a detailed description of the defect or reason for return.
  •   Your RMA number must be clearly visible on the shipping label (not the carton).
  •   Ship the merchandise freight prepaid to Mainline Communications LLC in Jacksonville, FL.

RETURN FOR CREDIT – Returns for credit must follow the same process as described above. To receive credit, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of invoice. Items must be in new, unused condition and include all parts, accessories, manuals and complete original factory packaging. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all non-defective returns.

**Special order merchandise, non-standard configurations, operating systems and software are non-refundable. Special order items will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and return policies.
